Customer Service Representative
Qualified applicants should possess:

- Good communication, keyboarding, and customer service skills
- Experience with a Windows-based computer operating system and/or previous experience working in a Call Center environment
Because the Customer Service Representative position is related to the safety of our members, excellent attendance is of the highest priority with this position, located at our Lake Oswego Call Center, which is a 24/7 operation.
The Customer Service Representative starting salary is $1,733 per month with an opportunity to earn incentive dollars and bonuses. An additional $75 per month awarded to “swing shift”.
Opportunities also available for home-based agents. Salary is only one part of a total compensation and benefits package.

Seasonal Seasonal Customer Service Representative
This position is offered from May through September, with the opportunity to convert to full time.

Qualified applicants should possess:
- Same as above with bilingual pay differential for Customer Service Representatives using their proficiency in Spanish to serve our Spanish-speaking members

Insurance Sales Representative
Qualified applicants should possess:
- A license in Property and Casualty insurance is strongly preferred for this position. Prior experience in sales and/or insurance is a definite plus
- A desire to be part of a dynamic and growing insurance business with opportunities to cross-sell a variety of products and services
- Good communication and customer service skills are required

- Two years of leisure travel sales experience
- Demonstrated customer service and sales skills with expertise in Cruise and Tour sales
- A strong knowledge of world geography and vacation destinations
- Apollo/Focalpoint and PC proficiency is preferred

Fleet Drivers
Qualified applicants should possess:
A desire to be part of a heroic team of service providers who rescue our AAA members and the ability to:
- Perform towing services to members, designated customers, and commercial accounts, in member service areas, on a permanent or temporary basis
- Perform emergency road service and minor emergency repairs for members, designated customers, and commercial accounts
- Utilize communications equipment to maintain contact with dispatch to ensure availability
- Assist public agencies, under the direction of agency officials, in clearing traffic lanes or performing other road services in emergency situations, while adhering to safety rules and guidelines
