AAA Oregon/Idaho is owned by the very people we are committed to serving - our members.  Each day we have an opportunity to enrich the lives of our members by providing prompt, courteous and professional roadside assistance, a wide breadth of travel agency services, top-quality insurance coverage, as well as financial services. These products and services make a real difference in the lives of our members.

We are proud to belong to the national AAA federation, which includes more than 50 million members in North America, and at the same time we feel privileged to bring a more personal, homegrown approach to the members we serve here in the Northwest.

At AAA Oregon/Idaho, we value the tenets of MemberCARE, ColleagueCARE and EmployeeCARE.  In our organization, CARE represents "Creating Amazing Relationships Everyday," and it's one of the reasons we've been the workplace 'home' for many of our employees for more than 10, 20 and even 30 years.

Combining the camaraderie of a small company with the opportunities and sophistication of a mid-size company, AAA Oregon/Idaho is the perfect environment for individuals seeking an enriching career and continuing professional growth.  We reject the notion that jobs and people are interchangeable.  We want team members to build a future with us, and we are looking for talented individuals who view success as the ability to serve others in legendary ways.

Consider AAA Oregon/Idaho if you share our approach to service.

AAA Oregon/Idaho maintains a drug-free work environment. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is a prerequisite for all final job offers. Additionally, our drug policy requires post-accident and random selection drug tests.

Q: Where do I go for a drug test?
A: There are a number of drug testing facilities throughout Oregon and Idaho. The hiring manager or the Recruitment Specialist can assist you with choosing the most convenient location. If needed, we can arrange for an out of state laboratory to provide a drug screening.

Q: Do I need an appointment for a drug test?
A: Usually not. However, if the facility is out of state, an appointment may be required.

Q: Do I need to bring anything to the drug testing facility?
A: Yes, your photo ID – driver's license, or State Identification card.

Q: Does it cost anything?
A: There is no fee to the applicant; AAA Oregon/Idaho will be billed for the service.

Q: Should I avoid drinking liquids before I go?
A: Yes, please avoid drinking excess liquids at least two hours prior to your test, as this can lead to a diluted sample.
