In certain instances, AAA members may need to use an alternate provider when AAA service is not available.  If you have followed the Alternate Service Procedures* and obtained your own service, you may submit the original receipt to AAA within sixty (60) days, along with the Application for Refund Form.

Accident Away from Home Expense PDF
In the event a AAA member's private passenger automobile is disabled as a result of a collision, fire, theft, or vandalism, AAA will reimburse you up to a total of $200 for certain unexpected expenses*.  Please use the Accident Away from Home Expense Form to submit your request.
