AAA Sponsored Bank of America (MBNA) Deposit Account Holders

AAA announces an important change to the AAA Deposit Program for Certificates of Deposit, Money Market Accounts and Individual Retirement Accounts.

If you have one of these AAA-sponsored accounts with Bank of America, we would like to make you aware that our existing relationship with Bank of America expired on December 31, 2007 and a new partnership with Discover Bank began on January 1, 2008.

While your current account will no longer have the AAA endorsement, you can continue to use your account as you do today. If you own a AAA-endorsed CD or IRA account, your rate and term will continue unchanged until its maturity date. If you own a AAA-endorsed Money Market Account, the interest rate on your account will continue to be linked to the Money Fund Report AveragesTM/All Taxable index outlined in your Deposit Agreement unless you receive written notice from Bank of America indicating otherwise.
